There are no hints being given on WWE television that would suggest that The Undertaker will be at WrestleMania 35.
However, fans that were at the Allstate Arena in Chicago for Monday Night Raw may have noticed something interesting on the WWE production trucks.
As you can see below, The Undertaker is featured on the WrestleMania graphics so either WWE decided to put him on there for no reason while knowing he wouldn’t be on the show or there were plans for him that changed or he is scheduled to appear in some form.
There’s at least a couple of matches that have yet to be announced so there’s always a chance Taker could be in one of them. It’s worth noting that, as reported last week in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE does not have Taker listed on their internal WrestleMania card.
As always, plans can change in WWE.

Taker has not appeared on WWE programming since the Crown Jewel event in late October where he teamed up with Kane to take on Triple H and the returning Shawn Michaels.
Taker has increasing his non-WWE appearances and he’s scheduled for Starrcast II during AEW Double Or Nothing weekend in late May.
