The latest look at Sony’s upcoming animated Marvel film, Spider-Man: Into The Spier-Verse, features stars Shameik Moore and Jake Johnson discussing the characters and stylized action fans can expect to see when the film hits theaters in December.
One of the more intriguing films set for release during 2018 is Sony’s Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. I don’t say this because it looks like a better film than Aquaman or Bumbelbee, but because of the film’s animation style and universe-hopping story. We’ll have to wait until mid-December to see how the film holds up against the crowded Christmas release market, but the latest footage from the film is sure to win fans over.
If the idea of Nic Cage voicing Noir Spider-Man wasn’t enough to convince you that Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse is going to be awesome, then Sony’s latest sneak peek at the film might do just that. Check out the video below, in which Shameik Moore, the voice of Miles Morales, and Jake Johnson, the voice of Peter Parker, discuss Miles’ journey in the film and the unique spectacle that fans will be treated to.
The action-packed footage showcases some stylized action editing, as well as exciting new footage featuring The Prowler, Green Goblin, and Spider-Gwen. The footage from Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse thus far has not included many of the alternate Spider-Mans that are set to appear in the film, including Spider-Ham and Spider-Man Noir.
Hopefully, Sony will keep plenty of awesome surprises from Spider-Man’s first big-screen animated adventure up their sleeve until it hits theaters this December. Until then, we’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Spider-Man: Into The Spier-Verse as more information becomes available.

10 Superheroes You Didn’t Know Were In The Fantastic Four
It may sound counter-intuitive, but the Fantastic Four has had more than four members over the years. Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch and The Thing are the core of the team, but various superheroes have joined Marvel’s first family over the years. While they may be a superhero team, the Fantastic Four are closer to a group of explorers who have to rely on each other and use their wits to get out of sticky situations.
Whether the core members are lost in space or Reed and Susan just need some time away to work on their marriage, the Fantastic Four still have responsibilities. Crime never sleeps, and without the Fantastic Four keeping the world safe, even more villains would hatch their villainous plots. Whether it’s The Thing or someone else yelling, “it’s clobbering time,” the truth stands that the Fantastic Four will always be there to save the day.
