TMZ Sports spoke with WWE Hall Of Famer Jeff Jarrett about the concussion Liv Morgan suffered on Monday Night Raw following kicks to the face from Brie Bella.
Jarrett said, “We all know what we signed up for and if you don’t know what you sign up for when you get in the wrestling industry … it’s physical at it’s very finest art form. It’s very ad lib, it’s very spontaneous and things are gonna happen.”
He continued, “Accidents can happen. Things can happen. If it’s a consistent pattern, we’ve got a problem because it is a business, it is a way of living.”
Jarrett recalled being injured when “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka hit a splash on him off the top of a cage on WCW Monday Nitro. Jarrett said his head bounced off the ring and he was diagnosed with a concussion.
“I knew it was a risk. I willingly stepped in the ring and took a risk,” Jarrett said about the spot.
