‘Harry Potter’ Star Daniel Radcliffe Replaces Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine In New Image

Marvel Harry Potter Daniel Radcliffe Hugh Jackman Wolverine Logan The Front RunnerThe impressive artwork shows what Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe could look like if he were to replace Hugh Jackman as Marvel’s new Wolverine.

In 2017, Hugh Jackman, as well as Marvel fans in general, were able to say goodbye to the one and only big-screen incarnation of Wolverine in the form of the film Logan, which earned an Oscar nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay in 2018. Now that Hugh Jackman seems to be officially done with the iconic Marvel anti-hero, fans are still trying to find the perfect replacement, since Marvel Studios has now obtained the rights to use the character and his fellow X-Men in future movies.

There’s still no telling when fans will finally be able to see Wolverine and the X-Men join the Marvel Cinematic Universe at this time but a new piece of artwork shows off a surprisingly good candidate for the position. In a recent interview, Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe humorously addressed the possibility of him taking the iconic role from Hugh Jackman. What seemed like a one-off joke has now spawned this exciting artwork that features the Harry Potter star becoming the new Wolverine. Since starring in eight Harry Potter films, the last of which hit theaters in July 2011, Daniel Radcliffe has been starring in more independent films than big blockbusters. The actor has even yet to make an appearance in the Wizard World spin-off franchise Fantastic Beasts, which released its second installment just a few months ago and has a few more installments already planned for release in the future. Given the incredible imagery in the artwork above, the role of the MCU’s Wolverine would be a very intriguing new role for the actor to play on the big screen and very different from his role as the famous wizard

Actor Ryan Reynolds has jokingly tried to get Hugh Jackman to reprise his iconic X-Men role in one of the multiple Deadpool films but the actor has yet to return to the role outside of any X-Men films.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Wolverine and the X-Men joining the MCU as soon as more information becomes available. Do you think the Harry Potter actor would make a great addition to the MCU? If you don’t think Radcliffe is the right choice for the role, then who would you like to play the character?
